Producing Saturday morning itv children shows, starting the first virtual reality TV studio in the UK for Molinare and post producing shows like Father Ted gave Andrew the production principles required to deliver high production value content to an absolute deadline.
Moving into TV Commercial Production in the 90’s for iconic Ad’s like Guinness, furnished Andrew with the importance of brand personality and the complex political landscape in this sector.
Then during the .com boom Andrew became founding partner of digital media agency Perfunktory, which brought some of the first, consumer targeted, brand sponsored internet broadcasts including the Microsoft’s sponsorship of Madonna’s ‘Music’ album launch to 68m viewers.
This experience came together in a light bulb moment upon seeing Grand Visuals dynamic DOOH campaign for London Fashion Week, the massive growth in OOH advertising and the need for dynamic DOOH to become ubiquitous. To answer this Andrew co-founded multi award winning, DOOH.com with the intention to cut through the complexity of dynamic, focus on creative and targeted consumer engagement with real reach, bringing Live into commercial DOOH production.
Approaching the companies 3rd birthday with over a 50 awards, including a Cannes Lions, DOOH.com is now seen as one of the top three Dynamic DOOH production houses in the world.
